Southern Firepits is an online-only New Zealand store. We ship within New Zealand only.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are:

Urban addresses: 1–5 business days

Rural addresses: May take longer

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or peak periods.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on orders over $100

North Island - Under $100

• Flat Rate $15 (Rural + $4)
  

South Island - Under $100

• Flat Rate $12 (Rural + $5)

Tracking

Once your order has been prepared and ready for collection, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Dispatch

We endeavor to have all orders ready for collection next business day of order, and in some cases the same day. Collection times are subject to courier availability, which is beyond our control.
